CHILDREN - this event is open to all ages. Children 5 years old and under are granted free entry to the General Admission Lawn area. Individuals aged 6-18 must hold a valid ticket and be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times.

PHOTO ID - Please bring photo ID (drivers' licence, Hanz 18+ or Kiwi Card or passport if you wish to drink alcohol - R18 wristbanding and ID check at entrance.

LOCATION - The concert will take place outdoors on the paddock behind the winery building, rain or shine. We hope the November weather will be kind to us, but please wrap up warm as it is likely to be chilly in the later part of the afternoon.

FOOD AND DRINK - the Winehouse building itself will not be open for food & drinks to the general public, but we will have a bar and food trucks at the event. Please support our food vendors, you may bring your own food but not drinks.

CAN I BRING FURNITURE? - Your ticket is "General Admission", but you are welcome to bring a low beach chair and rugs to sit on. We hope to keep lower chairs to the front and higher chairs to the back. We propose to have designated dancing/standing spaces down at the front, and transit lanes to allow freedom of movement to WC's/food/drinks areas. We want to keep it friendly and have good viewing for all, so please check out the site map when you arrive to choose your preferred concert experience!

BYO FOOD - You may bring your own food - but we hope you will support our special guest food trucks - more info on that nearer the time.

LIQUIDS - Liquids in bottles, cans or cartons (sealed or open) will not be allowed in. You may bring an empty refillable water bottle, but no glass please! At the request of the artist, no single use plastic bottles.

SAFETY - Please follow our event road signage to keep everyone safe. State Highway 1 is a busy highway. We will email detailed road information to ticketholders a week before the event. Please study it in advance if you plan on travelling here by car.

BUS TRAVEL - Dedicated buses are scheduled from Christchurch and stops on the way - please check details on the Bus page.

CAMPING - Absolutely no tents, sorry! 

CAMPERVANS - There will be dedicated parking for SELF CONTAINED campervans only. Only pre-registered campervans may remain overnight. Please email us to express interest.  Absolutely no overnight cars, tents, no fires, and we can't provide running water or ablutions, sorry: It is very much a paddock in the vines!
