With a freshly refurbished tasting room and bar, Waipara Winehouse is once again ready to welcome visitors to this iconic venue in the heart of the North Canterbury wine region. 

 

Our focus is on a warm welcome to visitors to our events and tasting room​s, where we are proud to showcase quality wines from a selection of notable local producers.

Our signature wine flights are proving very popular.  Choose from our daily selection of 3 collections from our partner winemakers. Each includes 5 samples with tasting notes and a glass of water to cleanse your palate as you go. We hope you'll have fun exploring the wines of Waipara valley!

We have a light tapas-style menu to accompany our licensed bar offering, which incorporates wine flights as well as locally produced craft beer and spirits and a good selection of soft drinks.

Please be aware that we are not a restaurant, and that while it is possible to select a number of tapas to meet most appetites, we don't want to disappoint anyone who arrives expecting a full lunch menu.
